As someone with social anxiety I came here alone for the first time and the experience was great everyone is so nice

I have been Dr Rubina’s patient for 6 years and she has transformed my teeth and gum health. I first met her with painful receding gums and her guidance and treatment has meant my teeth and gums are in a much better condition. Dr Rubina’s expertise, patience and reassurance means I no longer fear the dentist. The practice at Knightsbridge is a lovely, well organised and calm environment Alessia on reception is so kind and helpful.

Excellent dentist and a really lovely experience from start to finish. I’ve used Serene Dental Knightbridge for my family and have been very impressed. Dr Ala is an excellent paediatric dentist and was fantastic in managing my 7-year-old’s complex dental issues. She was experienced, patient and reassuring throughout. Dr Safa also deserves a special mention. She managed my dental fracture extremely well, gave me clear bespoke advice and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. The dental hygiene service is also excellent. They offer gas during treatment where appropriate, which makes the whole experience much more relaxing, particularly if you’re nervous about dental treatment. The venue is beautiful, the team are warm and welcoming, and they even offer coffee with a smile! It honestly feels more like a wellbeing spa than a dentist. Highly recommended.

Walking into Serene felt more like entering a luxury spa than a dental clinic. The space is beautifully designed, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the welcome was genuinely warm. It's nothing like any dentist I've visited before. Everything has clearly been thought through, from the complimentary drinks while you wait (I almost wished my appointment was delayed so I could enjoy another coffee!) to the pre-pasted toothbrushes in the bathroom, which was such a thoughtful touch. My appointment was with Dr Safa, who was exceptional. She was calm, friendly and reassuring throughout, explaining every step of the process clearly and taking the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I never felt rushed and immediately felt at ease. It's rare to leave a dental appointment feeling genuinely impressed, but Serene has completely changed my expectations of what a visit to the dentist can be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding care in a beautiful, welcoming environment.

We had a professional, empathic and patient centred experience, both with Dr Safa and Dr Alaa, with our 8 year old son. They had a very easy and reassuring approach to tackling dental problems in children. Highly recommended

I went to see Dr Safa for an issue with my teeth bite and alignment after I changed fillings.(She came recommended by a dermatologist in London I highly respect) I had seen 2 other drs, one in Abu Dhabi and one in Harley Street. They couldn't fix my issue. I was suffering so much until Dr Safa was able to intuitively figure out that it was the other side that needed fixing! It took her minutes to figure out what the other older more experienced Drs couldn't do in hours of visits. She's a natural talent. Don't hesitate to book.

I just got home and have no pain with the removal of a temporary crown and the new implant put in place. Dr Yusuf is without doubt the best dentist I have ever had for this type of work and i might add he is a very kind & considerate person.

I visited Dr Safa in Knightsbridge for an Endolift treatment after researching for a long time to find a clinic I could truly trust, and I’m so glad I chose her. My main concerns were slightly saggy eyelids and a bit of jowling, I just wanted more definition and a fresher overall look. From the start, the consultation was incredibly thorough. Dr Safa was very professional, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect in terms of swelling, results, and aftercare. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable thanks to the anaesthetic, it was virtually painless. I could already see an improvement almost immediately after the treatment, which was amazing. Knowing that the results will continue to improve over time makes me even more excited. I genuinely had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr Safa and her clinic to anyone considering Endolift or similar treatments.

Ive just completed a 1 year Invisalign journey at Serene. My treatment was under Dr Safa. Overall, nothing but good things to say about how it all went. Very impressed with the the outcome. Lovely, helpful staff as well - I just wish i did it earlier!

I have had 2 wisdom tooth extractions with Dr Yusuf, and have had exceptional service, care and the highest level of quality every time. Dr Yusuf has made me feel at ease every extraction, is extremely knowledgable and kind. The entire team at Serene is brilliant, so friendly and they put their patients needs at the forefront of their excellent service. The environment is fantastic and the whole atmosphere subverts the typical cold clinical feel to a personal, approachable feel to visiting the dentist. Come here - you won’t be put off seeing the dentist, you’ll be excited by it!!

If you’ve come across Serene Dental because you’re looking for an anxiety-friendly, non-judgmental dentist then honestly look no further. I hadn’t been to the dentist for 8 years and the longer I left it the more scared I was to go. I finally plucked up the courage to book an appointment and I’m so glad I did because my whole view on dentists has changed and Dr Ali has resolved one of my biggest insecurities! I went from crying before my check up to actually looking forward to my deep cleaning because I knew I was in good hands. Dr Ali is brilliant - kind, attentive and extremely patient while being honest and informative so I can stay on top of my dental hygiene going forward. The dental nurse was lovely too (sorry I didn’t get her name). The enjoyable dentistry technique (happy gas, meditation and calming music) made me feel so at ease. My teeth are cleaner than I ever thought possible and for the first time I don’t feel afraid of future check ups and cleanings. Sophie the receptionist was also super kind and supportive - having such genuine care from the moment I walked in made such a difference. I honestly can’t thank the Serene team enough! If you’re also struggling to overcome that first barrier of booking an appointment, I promise you won’t regret it and Serene will change your view of what dentists can and should be!
