I recently visited Serene Dental & Facial Aesthetics for a dental examination, GBT hygiene clean, and a digital scan, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel incredibly welcome.

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the reception team and even offered a beverage, which was a lovely touch that set the tone for the outstanding care I was about to receive. The clinic itself is beautifully presented — clean, modern, and relaxing, which instantly put me at ease.

Dr. Rubina, who carried out my dental examination and cleaning, was exceptional. She was incredibly professional yet warm, taking the time to explain each step of the process so I felt comfortable throughout. The GBT hygiene clean was thorough yet gentle, and Dr. Rubina ensured I understood the benefits of the treatment and how to maintain my dental health moving forward. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my comfort was truly impressive.

I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Toriana, the dental nurse, who was equally fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly during my visit.

The digital scan was another impressive aspect of the visit — a cutting-edge process that gave me a clear visual understanding of my dental health. The team took the time to explain the results, empowering me with knowledge about my oral care.

I attended today for a GBT Hygienist appointment with Anna - London Hygienist. When walking into the practice, I was instantly stunned with how beautiful the place is. It was very relaxing and calming. Greeted by Anna herself, she was lovely and friendly and put me at ease straight away. The appointment itself was amazing and pain-free with warm water with great assistance from her nurse. Anna also gave me helpful tips and tricks to care for my teeth and gums at home. Firstly Dr Ali Naher thoroughly investigated my clenching and provided me with a guard that fits perfectly as it was developed based on a digital replica of my jaw. Not only has the tension been relieved but my sleep quality too. Furthermore the pricing is far more favourable in comparison to the German and UAE market, with the guard having been prepared efficiently in a very short period of time.

As for Dr. Safa Al Naher, or as I like to call her- the Huda Beauty of Aesthetics and Dentistry. My focus was my lip insecurity to which she gave me a detailed explanation of the options and gave me a personalised recommendation, which I fully trust. She actively listened to my concerns and addressed them fantastically. Additionally her skincare consultation provided medical-grade solutions that I confidently recommend to anyone, including my family and friends.

Wishing you all the best. As an American from USA know the Gold Standard. This for a UK firm is it. Thank you for seeing me during my pilot flight layover. Would recommend your firm to all crews as an approved facility on layovers if dental service is required. Happy to know from yourself being one who also not a fan of dental treatment. Personally, without the Gas (Nitrous Oxide Gas) inhalation sedation in your EDT program couldn’t do todays fillings or for cleanings. One in lower right remove and replace an amalgam filling and the more deeper one upper left with both being in the Wisdom teeth. Not exactly how I planned to enjoy a layover here in London. Happy to have been able to take care of something personal that had to be done. Thank you.
