I booked an emergency appointment with the clinic, I was seen within an hour with Dr Ali. He was not only amazing at his craftsmanship and his job, he was kind, welcoming and empathetic and fully explained the whole process. Julia at reception was also really accommodating and helpful. Thank you for seeing me during my pilot flight layover. Would recommend your firm to all crews as an approved facility on layovers if dental service is required. Happy to know from yourself being one who also not a fan of dental treatment. Personally, without the Gas (Nitrous Oxide Gas) inhalation sedation in your EDT program couldn’t do todays fillings or for cleanings. One in lower right remove and replace an amalgam filling and the more deeper one upper left with both being in the Wisdom teeth. Not exactly how I planned to enjoy a layover here in London. Happy to have been able to take care of something personal that had to be done. Thank you.
