Dentists were one of the services closed during lockdown, unless it was an emergency, but as of June 8 they were allowed to reopen.
However, many practices across the UK have been unable to open again due to the stringent safety measures that need to be put in place first.
Think about it – lying on a bed with someone looking into your mouth is hardly maintaining social distancing.
