I suffer from bad anxiety around serious dental treatment. Dr Yusuf extracted two wisdom teeth with IV sedation. His chairside manner was excellent, providing constant reassurance and making sure I was comfortable at all stages of the procedure.

This was my first appointment. Sophie at reception is extremely polite, helpful and a pleasure to meet. First impressions are always important and she is a great asset to this practice. Afterwords, I was seen by Dr Payvand and her new nurse. Both were absolutely amazing, brilliant and excellent teamwork. 👌👍🌹11 out of 10.came out happy bunny!

My case was an emergency one and it was taken care of without any problems. I was in London for only a couple of days for business. The night before two very important meetings, one of my veneers came off! I searched and called every office. Serene Dental responded and squeezed me in their busy schedule early the morning before my meetings. They recemented it and it was perfect. Thanks you so much!

Very nice service and dentist Anna very nice only complaint is I expected my teeth to be polished as advertised after cleaning but they did not polish to finish as expected and my appointment only lasted 30 minutes when it said appointment was for 1 hour when I made the booking?

I came to the Serene clinic and saw Dr Deepti and Barbara the dental nurse. I am a very nervous patient and have left coming to the dentist for a long time. They both kept me calm and made me feel at ease. Dr Deepti explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process of my treatment, she is so calm and patient. Barbara was amazing too, always keeping me calm and reassuring me throughout. They are a fantastic team and although I am not close to the clinic the travel is certainly worth coming to see them both. Thank you for everything and making me feel so calm throughout.

Dr Safa is an expert in her field, treating patients with absolute respect, kindness and honesty. She’s extremely gentle and knowledgeable, all the qualities you want from a dentist. I recently visited Serene Dental & Facial Aesthetics for a dental examination, GBT hygiene clean, and a digital scan, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel incredibly welcome.

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the reception team and even offered a beverage, which was a lovely touch that set the tone for the outstanding care I was about to receive. The clinic itself is beautifully presented — clean, modern, and relaxing, which instantly put me at ease.

Dr. Rubina, who carried out my dental examination and cleaning, was exceptional. She was incredibly professional yet warm, taking the time to explain each step of the process so I felt comfortable throughout. The GBT hygiene clean was thorough yet gentle, and Dr. Rubina ensured I understood the benefits of the treatment and how to maintain my dental health moving forward. I attended today for a GBT Hygienist appointment with Anna - London Hygienist. When walking into the practice, I was instantly stunned with how beautiful the place is. It was very relaxing and calming. Greeted by Anna herself, she was lovely and friendly and put me at ease straight away. Firstly Dr Ali Naher thoroughly investigated my clenching and provided me with a guard that fits perfectly as it was developed based on a digital replica of my jaw. Not only has the tension been relieved but my sleep quality too. Furthermore the pricing is far more favourable in comparison to the German and UAE market, with the guard having been prepared efficiently in a very short period of time.

As for Dr. Safa Al Naher, or as I like to call her- the Huda Beauty of Aesthetics and Dentistry. My focus was my lip insecurity to which she gave me a detailed explanation of the options and gave me a personalised recommendation, which I fully trust. She actively listened to my concerns and addressed them fantastically. Additionally her skincare consultation provided medical-grade solutions that I confidently recommend to anyone, including my family and friends.

Very happy and dentist and assistant was very nice!! So sorry,i forgot to mention the 2 girls on reception were also very polite, nice and friendly!! Funny how after questions how i was charged £280 for no work,reception staff went from nice to being funny with me.
