I have had 2 wisdom tooth extractions with Dr Yusuf, and have had exceptional service, care and the highest level of quality every time. Dr Yusuf has made me feel at ease every extraction, is extremely knowledgable and kind.

The entire team at Serene is brilliant, so friendly and they put their patients needs at the forefront of their excellent service.

The environment is fantastic and the whole atmosphere subverts the typical cold clinical feel to a personal, approachable feel to visiting the dentist. Come here - you won’t be put off seeing the dentist, you’ll be excited by it!!

If you’ve come across Serene Dental because you’re looking for an anxiety-friendly, non-judgmental dentist then honestly look no further. I hadn’t been to the dentist for 8 years and the longer I left it the more scared I was to go. I finally plucked up the courage to book an appointment and I’m so glad I did because my whole view on dentists has changed and Dr Ali has resolved one of my biggest insecurities! I went from crying before my check up to actually looking forward to my deep cleaning because I knew I was in good hands. Dr Ali is brilliant - kind, attentive and extremely patient while being honest and informative so I can stay on top of my dental hygiene going forward. The dental nurse was lovely too (sorry I didn’t get her name). The enjoyable dentistry technique (happy gas, meditation and calming music) made me feel so at ease. My teeth are cleaner than I ever thought possible and for the first time I don’t feel afraid of future check ups and cleanings. Sophie the receptionist was also super kind and supportive - having such genuine care from the moment I walked in made such a difference. I honestly can’t thank the Serene team enough!
If you’re also struggling to overcome that first barrier of booking an appointment, I promise you won’t regret it and Serene will change your view of what dentists can and should be!

My hygienist visit with Dr Anna Middleton at Serene was amazing, as always. I found out about Dr Anna and her new age teeth cleaning techniques about 5 years ago through an Instagram post. I was immediately intrigued and booked an appointment. From that initial visit, I became a patient for life - and I don't trust my hair or teeth to just anyone. She is meticulous, knows her craft, makes the process enjoyable, and understands the little things (ie. a bit of vaseline on the lips so they don't crack during the procedure). I encourage and highly recommend Dr Anna for all of your hygienist needs. It doesn't get any better than the London Hygienist! 🙂

Always a good experience at this dentist. Having a bad gag reaction most dentists don’t understand or take the time to help you but Dr Deepti Katechia and the Serene team always make me feel relaxed and take care of me. Would recommend this practice highly.

However, my experience was exceeded on Friday 10 October when I had to visit the clinic for an emergency tooth extraction. Once again, Dr Safa did not disappoint. Had my first consultation with Dr. Menhadji who was an excellent dentist. She was very caring and constantly checked that I was comfortable during my dental cleaning. I will definitely return for my next one! The clinic itself was nice and had a stylishly decorated waiting room. The wait was very short though so I didn’t get to enjoy it!

I met Dr. Safa at the beginning, before starting my treatment. She was very kind and honest, which gave me a great first impression. After that, I began my treatment with Dr. Rubina. She, too, was very honest and explained that I needed to start with hygiene treatment in order to properly fix my smile.

I saw Anna Middleton (London Hygienist) for my clean and had an excellent experience. Thank you so much.

I suffer from bad anxiety around serious dental treatment. Dr Yusuf extracted two wisdom teeth with IV sedation. His chairside manner was excellent, providing constant reassurance and making sure I was comfortable at all stages of the procedure.

This was my first appointment. Sophie at reception is extremely polite, helpful and a pleasure to meet. First impressions are always important and she is a great asset to this practice. Afterwords, I was seen by Dr Payvand and her new nurse. Both were absolutely amazing, brilliant and excellent teamwork. 👌👍🌹11 out of 10.came out happy bunny!

My case was an emergency one and it was taken care of without any problems. I was in London for only a couple of days for business. The night before two very important meetings, one of my veneers came off! I searched and called every office. Serene Dental responded and squeezed me in their busy schedule early the morning before my meetings. They recemented it and it was perfect. Thanks you so much!

Very nice service and dentist Anna very nice only complaint is I expected my teeth to be polished as advertised after cleaning but they did not polish to finish as expected and my appointment only lasted 30 minutes when it said appointment was for 1 hour when I made the booking?

I came to the Serene clinic and saw Dr Deepti and Barbara the dental nurse. I am a very nervous patient and have left coming to the dentist for a long time. They both kept me calm and made me feel at ease. Dr Deepti explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process of my treatment, she is so calm and patient. Barbara was amazing too, always keeping me calm and reassuring me throughout. They are a fantastic team and although I am not close to the clinic the travel is certainly worth coming to see them both. Thank you for everything and making me feel so calm throughout.
