Dr Safa, Dr Ali and the rest of the team couldn’t be more professional, friendly and calming - i’m a very nervous patient and felt completely at ease throughout my treatment. I couldn’t recommend serene dental more!

I booked an emergency appointment with the clinic, I was seen within an hour with Dr Ali. He was not only amazing at his craftsmanship and his job, he was kind, welcoming and empathetic and fully explained the whole process. Julia at reception was also really accommodating and helpful. From start to finish, the experience at Serene dental was amazing. Really recommend to everyone, especially if you’re booking in with Dr Ali.

Very happy and dentist and assistant was very nice!! So sorry,i forgot to mention the 2 girls on reception were also very polite, nice and friendly!! Funny how after questions how i was charged £280 for no work,reception staff went from nice to being funny with me.Guess it's just Balken people showing true colours, only happy when they're taking money.

The facility is truly exceptional.Despite being in Saudi Arabia while my father was in the UK, I was able to handle all reservations and procedures seamlessly from here.Special thanks to Dami for her outstanding work. I had a great experience here for my cleaning and whitening. From arrival I was checked in by Julija, offered the best hospitality whilst waiting, and taken to meet Anna. Thank you for seeing me during my pilot flight layover. Would recommend your firm to all crews as an approved facility on layovers if dental service is required. Happy to know from yourself being one who also not a fan of dental treatment. Personally, without the Gas (Nitrous Oxide Gas) inhalation sedation in your EDT program couldn’t do todays fillings or for cleanings. One in lower right remove and replace an amalgam filling and the more deeper one upper left with both being in the Wisdom teeth. Not exactly how I planned to enjoy a layover here in London. Happy to have been able to take care of something personal that had to be done. Thank you.

Can’t thank everyone enough! Everyone has been so kind and understanding, I have always been so nervous to see dentists and my fear has completely gone!
